Contact us to confirm availability or schedule your pickup time. We’ll have your equipment ready before you arrive. Payment is collected at the time of pickup. We serve the Metro Detroit area and surrounding Michigan regions.
💳 PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit & Debit Card, and Zelle. All payments are due in full prior to pickup of purchased equipment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For business accounts or large orders, invoice-based payment terms may be available. Contact us to discuss.
📦 RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the equipment is in its original condition, has not been damaged, misused, or modified, and includes all original accessories and documentation.
Return Transport Options: You can drop off the equipment at 1260L Rankin St. Troy, MI 48083, or we can come to you for a pickup fee of $50–$100 depending on location and machine size. Once returned equipment is inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
🔧 REPAIRS
Not ready to return it? No problem. We repair all makes and models of floor scrubbers, sweepers, and carpet extractors. Our team has over 25 years of hands-on repair experience — we know these machines inside and out.
Repair Timeframes:
Minor Repairs — 3 to 5 business days
Standard Repairs — 7 to 10 business days
Major Repairs (parts required) — Up to 21 business days
How it works: Contact us to describe the issue. Drop off the machine or we come to you. We provide a full estimate before any work begins. You approve, we repair. Pick up your machine or we deliver it back. You are never charged without your approval.
🏭 RENTALS
Need a machine for a short-term job? We’ve got you covered.
Contact us to check availability, schedule your pickup time, and pay your deposit at the time of booking. Pick up your equipment at our location and return it in the same condition when done.
Rental Deposits (fully refundable upon return in original condition):
Mini Machines — $150
Walk-Behind Machines — $250
Ride-On Machines — $500
Damage or excessive wear beyond normal use may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit. All rentals are currently available for local pickup only at 1260L Rankin St. Troy, MI 48083.
