How to reach us
Come see the machines
Everything we sell and rent is at our location in Troy. You are welcome to come look at a machine, run it, and ask questions before you buy anything. We would rather you see it in person than guess from a photo.
All purchases and rentals are handled in person at our Troy location. We are local pickup only. We do not ship machines.
What we can help with
- Choosing a machine. Tell us the floor, the square footage, and the traffic, and we will tell you what actually fits. Sometimes that means recommending a smaller machine than you asked about.
- Renting. Submit a rental request and we will confirm availability and pricing.
- Floor care services. Stripping, waxing, polishing, sealing and more. Tell us about your floor.
- Parts and accessories. Pads, brushes, squeegees, batteries. See parts or call us with your model number.
- Manuals and spec sheets. Available on each product page, or ask and we will send them.
Response times
Email and form submissions are answered during business hours, usually the same day. If you need an answer faster, call. Someone who actually knows the machines will pick up.
