Who we are

Aina Floor Scrubbers is a trading name of Aina Service LLC, a Michigan limited liability company at 1260L Rankin Dr., Troy, MI 48083. Aina Service LLC is the company responsible for the information described in this policy. It covers goaina.com and anything you send us through it.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you typed. Depending on the form, that is:

• Rental requests: name, company, email, phone, the machine, and your dates.
• Service quote requests: name, company, email, phone, service needed, floor type, square footage, city, and any notes you add.
• Manual and spec sheet requests: name, email, and the model you want.
• Email and phone: whatever you choose to tell us.

We ask for phone and email because we need to reach you about your request. Nothing on this site asks for information we do not need to answer you.

Information collected automatically

Our host records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is ordinary web infrastructure and we use it to keep the site working.

What we do not collect

We do not take payment through this website, so we never receive your card or bank details here. Payment happens in person in Troy. We do not ask for Social Security numbers or any government ID.

How we use it

• To answer your question, quote your job, or confirm your rental.
• To send you the manual or spec sheet you asked for.
• To keep a record of what we agreed with you.

That is all. We do not build profiles, and we do not use your information to target you with advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We never have.

We use a small number of services to run the site, and your information passes through them only so we can receive and answer your message:

• Netlify hosts the site and receives our form submissions.
• Resend sends automated replies, such as the manual you requested.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site.

Beyond that, we share information only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and records of what we sold or rented for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

Email info@goaina.com and we will:

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything wrong.
• Delete it, unless we are required to keep it.

You do not need to give a reason and we will not make it difficult.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores small amounts of data locally to make the site work, and that data stays in your browser.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so what you send us is encrypted in transit.

Children

This is a commercial equipment business. Our site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
